Our History
Foster Funeral Home has been a trusted part of the Fulton-Hannibal and Central New York communities since 1919. Founded by Rudolph P. Foster, Clifford C. Foster, and Paul E. Foster, the funeral home quickly became known for its reliability, compassion, and dedication to families during times of need.
For generations, the Foster family established one of the region’s most respected funeral homes—rooted in trust, honesty, and a deep commitment to serving the community. Families throughout Oswego County have long turned to Foster Funeral Home because they know they will receive personal attention, professional guidance, and compassionate care.
Though times have changed over the decades, the mission has remained constant: to provide meaningful services, unwavering support, and dignified care to every family. A licensed funeral director is available 24/7, carrying forward the long-standing tradition of being there for families whenever they need help.
Today, Foster Funeral Home continues to honor the values established by the Foster family in 1919—serving with dignity, respect, and genuine commitment to the communities of Fulton, Hannibal, and Central New York.
