William R. "Bill" Quigley

Obituary of William R. Quigley March 20, 2017 William R. “Bill” Quigley, Sr., 71, of Fulton passed away Monday after an extended illness at Upstate Hospital. At age 17, Bill joined the Air Force, serving proudly for six years. He retired after 34 years as a Quality Control Engineer from Xerox in Webster. In his free time he enjoyed camping and traveling in his RV. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Gert Quigley, and older brother, John Jr. Bill will be greatly missed by his wife of 43 years, Patricia Quigley; daughter, Adria (Jimmy) Michaud; son, William (Heather Ladd) Quigley Jr.; granddaughters, Avery, Cameron and Kailey; siblings, James, Paul, Judy and Diane. As were Bill’s wishes, there are no calling hours or funeral services.
