William "Billy" M. Miller

William Michael Miller, known to all as Billy, passed away on September 8, 2025, at the age of 58. A longtime resident of Fulton, NY Bill leaves behind a legacy of laughter, kindness, and deep devotion to the people he loved most.

Bill is survived by his beloved son and pride and joy, Seth (Emily) Miller; his loving mother, Joan Miller; his brother, Tim (Marie) Miller; his sister, Wendy (Chris) Sachel; nieces and nephews, Samantha Miller, Hayden Sachel, and Sydney Sachel; and his faithful dog and companion, Pooh Bear. Bill was predeceased by his father, William E. Miller and niece, Alexandra Hoyt Miller.

Bill worked as a dedicated sales manager at FTS Inc. He spent many years working and learning the trade under his father’s guidance and support.

A passionate music lover, Bill found joy in listening to all kinds of music and playing the drums. He also enjoyed being with his dog, working out at the gym, and most of all, spending time with his family. His son Seth and fiance Emily, with whom he shared a bond filled with love, laughter and support were a top priority in Billy’s life.

Known for his quick wit, compassion for others, and fierce loyalty, Bill had a rare gift for making others feel seen and valued. In any room, you could always find Billy at the center of the laughter—his humor and warmth drawing people in and lifting spirits effortlessly.

Calling hours celebrating Billy’s life will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025 from 1pm to 3pm with a service at 3pm at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton, NY. Burial will be private at Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton. To leave a special message for the family, please sign the guestbook.
