William J. "Billy" Hackett

Obituary of William J. Hackett William J. “Billy” Hackett, 71, of Fulton, passed away on Friday, November 13, 2020 after a brief illness. Born in Fulton, son of the late Jack and Ada (Stacy) Hackett, he was a lifelong resident. Bill was a racecar enthusiast and a member of a local slot car racing club for 50 years. Surviving are his brothers, James (Sandra) Hackett and Gary Hackett; sister, Deborah (Michael) Arnold; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins. Calling hours will be from 4-6 pm on Wednesday, November 18 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton with a service to immediately follow.
