Obituary of William C. Hawkins, Jr. William C. Hawkins, Jr., 64, of Fulton, passed away on Monday June 10, 2019 at home. He was born on October 25, 1954, in Hartford, CT, a son to the late William and Ruby Stump Hawkins. William is survived by many friends and care takers. A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 24, 2019 at Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton, has care of arrangements.
