Obituary of William E. Blake William E. Blake, 49, of Fulton, passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at University Hospital with his loving family by his side. William was a lifelong resident of Fulton. He was a tattoo artist and the former owner of Blaq Tat in Oswego. He enjoyed jamming with various local bands. William was known as the death driver at the Last Ride Haunted Hayride in Palermo. He was predeceased by his father, William Blake. Surviving are his wife of 18 years, Elizabeth Blake of Fulton; four children, Thomas Blake, Christina Blake, Zachary Blake all of Fulton and Connor Seaton of Parish; mother and stepfather, Jeannette and Danny Gober of Granby; stepmother, Shirley Blake of Florida; two sisters, Crystal Blake and Missy Dodgen both of Florida; two brothers, Daniel Gober of Fulton and Dewey Lee Jr. of Florida as well as three grandchildren. There are no calling hours. Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton, has care of the arrangements.
