Obituary of Wendell E. Seymour Wendell E. Seymour, 80, of Hannibal, passed away peacefully and unexpectedly on April 22, 2019 at Oswego Hospital, with his family by his side. Born in Watertown, NY, he was the son of the late Ellsworth and Oletha (George) Seymour and a graduate of Hammond Central Schools, class of 1956. He was a retiree of the Plumbers and Steamfitters Union Local 73 and a proud member of the Hannibal Masonic Lodge 550. Wendell enjoyed working on and restoring cars, gardening and spending time with his family and friends. He was a genuine “Jack of All Trades, Fixer of All Things and Keeper of All Things”. Wendell is survived by his daughters, Charin (Kelly) Smith of Oswego and Tracy (Jeff) Parzych of North Syracuse; grandchildren, Joshua Longley of Kentucky, Lyndsey Wells of Kansas, Justin Bailey of Oswego, Nicholas Gibides of Pulaski, Kimberlyn Bailey of Germany and Cole and Chase Parzych of North Syracuse; one great-grandson, Colton Longley; one aunt; several cousins, nieces and nephews, as well as his loving friend, Linda. He was predeceased by his wife, Ann (Phalen) Seymour; children, Charlotte Longley, Robert Seymour and Chari Gibides and sisters, Jackie Natalie and Trudy Sullivan. Friends and family may call at Foster Funeral Home, 837 Cayuga St., Hannibal on Monday, April 29 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery, Hannibal.
