W. Dale Bombard, 86, of Oswego, NY, formerly of Hannibal, passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2025. Born in Fulton, he was a son to the late Lewis and Bertha (Youngs) Bombard. Dale served in the US Air Force then worked as a machinist.
Surviving are his wife of 62 years, Brenda (Hughes) Bombard; siblings, Keith (Kiki) Bombard, and Beth (Randy Lamay) Anesko and several nieces and nephews.
As per Dale’s wishes, there will be no services at this time. For those wishing, donations may be made to Hospice of CNY and of the Finger Lakes, 990 Seventh North Street, Liverpool, NY 13088 or ARC of Oswego County, 7 Morrill Pl, Fulton, NY 13069. Foster Funeral Home-Hannibal has care of arrangements.
