Obituary of Toni L. Caprin Pulsifer Toni L. Caprin Pulsifer, 58 of Fulton, passed away at her home on Wednesday, May 30 after a long illness. She retired from Nestle Company in Fulton after 15 years. Toni was predeceased by her parents, Richard and Lela Lund Caprin. Surviving are her husband, Ricky Pulsifer, of Fulton; brother, Richard Paul (Roberta) Caprin of Phoenix, AZ; uncle, Bernard Caprin of Fulton and many nieces and nephews. Calling hours are from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 3 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street in Fulton with burial at Mt. Adnah Cemetery in Fulton on Monday, June 4 at 12 noon.
