Obituary of Theodore O. Noel Theodore O. Noel, 74, of Sterling, passed away on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Fulton, a son to the late Harrison and Angelina Muscolino Noel. Ted worked for the Painters D.C.4 Local 38 Oswego for over 43 years retiring in 2004. He and his wife, Wendy, enjoyed traveling all over the country for both work and pleasure, his best memories being at the house on the river in Wanakena, NY. Some of Ted’s favorite hobbies were snowmobiling, camping, boating, gardening, watching sports and above all spending time with his family. He was predeceased by two sons, Teddy, Jr. and Timmy; one daughter, Trina and two brothers, Bill and Harry. Ted will be greatly missed and forever loved by his wife of 32 years, Wendy; three daughters, Lisa (Steve Kandt) LaFrance of Oswego, Megan (Nik) Onufrak of Buffalo and Hannah (Barry) Alton of Baldwinsville; 10 grandchildren, Michelle, Teddy, Ashley, Tigan, Justin, Nichole, Eric, Alexander, Eliana and Emma; 10 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Bob (Lois) of FL, Norm (Norma) of Fulton and Lee (Val) of Fulton; two sisters, Barbara Welch and Betty Noel Richardson both of Fulton as well as several nieces and nephews. Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 24 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. on Thursday, October 25 at the funeral home with burial to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton.
