Obituary of Sylvia Lee Paulich Sylvia Lee Paulich, 74, of Fulton passed away Friday at the VA Hospital in Syracuse. She was born to the late Oscar and Lillian Palmer Fox, graduated from Oswego Catholic High School, served in the Navy and then worked as a lab technician for Birdseye in Fulton for over 30 years. Sylvia enjoyed playing BINGO with her husband, Bradden. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, William Fox. Sylvia Lee is survived by her husband of 53 years, Bradden; children, Albert, Marty, Theresa, Patrick and Charles; several grandchildren and a sister, Suzanne Fox. Calling hours are Tuesday, October 24 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
