Obituary of Stephen Leach January 28, 2016 Stephen R. Leach, 73, of Fulton, passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2016 at Crouse Hospital. He was born on January 31, 1942, in Binghamton, a son to the late Floyd and Hazel Cobb Leach. Stephen enjoyed crocheting. He was predeceased by his son, Calvin and one brother, Paul. He is survived by his wife, Linda; one son, Marty Leach; one daughter, Melinda Manford; one brother, Nelson (Wilma) Leach as well as several nieces and nephews. At Stephen’s request there will be no calling hours or services.
