Obituary of Shirley M. Kerfien Shirley M. Kerfien, 82, of Fulton passed away Saturday after a brief illness at the Manor at Seneca Hill. Shirley was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking and baking cakes for weddings, birthdays or any occasion. She was predeceased by her husbands, Richard L. Waterhouse and Leslie F. Kerfien Jr.; daughter, Sherry and son, Richard. Shirley will be greatly missed by her sons, Ronald Waterhouse, Patrick Waterhouse and Leslie (Tonya) Kerfien III; grandchildren, Brian, Michael, Jason, Brittany, Melissa, Dominick, Joey, Eva, Erika, Nicole, Alexis and Dylan; several great-grandchildren; siblings, Judy, John Bill and Terry; several Shear siblings; many nieces and nephews. Calling hours are Friday, February 2 from 3 to 6 p.m. with a service to immediately follow at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. Spring burial will be in Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton. In lieu of flowers, Shirley’s family encourages donation in her memory be made to the Manor at Seneca Hill, 20 Manor Drive, Oswego, NY 13126.
