Obituary of Shirley Jane Hughes Shirley Jane Hughes, 92, of Fulton, passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Pontiac Care and Rehabilitation Center with her daughter by her side. Jane was born in Fulton, a daughter to the late Manister and Gladys (Collins) Martin. She retired from the Oswego Shippers and Growers in 1991. Jane loved to crotchet and go to yard sales but most of all enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She was predeceased by her three brothers, Manister Martin, Jr., Daniel Martin, and Gerald Martin. She is survived by her daughter, Ordale (Daryl) Cogan-Brown; three grandchildren, Peter Cogan, III, Jesse Cogan and Mercedes Cogan; three great granddaughters, Willow Cogan, Meadow Cogan and Lennox Cogan; sister, Irene Wiggins; brother, Samuel Martin; sister-in-law, Ruth Martin and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be from 12-2 pm on Wednesday January 27 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton with a service to immediately follow. Spring burial will be in Ira Union (White) Cemetery.
