Obituary of Shirley A. Erb January 15, 2017 Shirley A. Erb, 85, of Hannibal crossed over Sunday. She retired after 37 years of service from Nestle in Fulton. In her free time, Shirley enjoyed spending time at her camp known as Bird’s Nest on Black Lake. She was very social and outgoing, easily making friends wherever she went and was always willing to help others. Shirley was predeceased by her husband, Alfred in 1996; daughter, Carol and a grandson, Jason. She is survived by her children, Brian, Bruce, Blair and Gail; brother, Stanley Fox; sisters, Norma Strikwerda and Margaret Nichols; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 24 at Foster Funeral Home, 837 Cayuga St., Hannibal. Burial will follow at Mt. Adnah Cemetery, East Broadway, Fulton.
