Sharon Lee Lindo

Sharon Lee Lindo, 83, of Kansas City, MO passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, August 27, 2026. Sharon was born on November 13, 1942, in Fulton. NY to Frank and Josephine (DeSanto) Vescio, Sr.

Sharon married the love of her life, Edward “Ed” Lindo on November 4, 1967, in Fulton, NY. In this marriage they had two wonderful children; Michele and Richard “Rick.”

Sharon enjoyed many hobbies throughout her life, including making beaded ornaments, working crossword puzzles, and gardening. She lived her life as a devoted catholic. She especially enjoyed traveling to Fulton every summer spending time with the people she loved and making memories with her family. For over 50 years she enjoyed going to the Adirondacks and relaxing by Little Wolf Pond.

She is survived by her husband, Edward Lindo; children Michele Lindo and Richard “Rick” Lindo, and nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents Frank Vescio, Sr. and Josephine Vescio, and siblings Frank Vescio, Jr. and Roseann Prouty.

A Calling hour will be held from 11:00am to 12:00pm, with a funeral service to follow at 12:00pm on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton, NY. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in Fulton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Wild Center in Tupper Lake. 45 Museum Dr, Tupper Lake, NY 12986. www.wildcenter.org
