Obituary of Sandra L. Carvey Sandra L. Carvey, 56 of Oswego, passed away at home surrounded by her family. A life resident of the Fulton area she was the daughter of the late, Fred and Betty Cocopoti Carvey. Sandy had worked as a waitress and cook at the Jordan Diner for many years and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and fishing. Surviving are her children, Jerry and Dameon Hall and Kasey Carvey; three grandchildren, Aiden Carvey, Cyless and Joseph Hall; siblings, Fred and Mike Carvey, Ruby McDonald, Tammy Bixler, Elizabeth Bartlett, Franny Thomas, Melissa Dunn, Jimmy Graham and Crystal McCloud; and many nieces and nephews. Calling hours are from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. on April 19th at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton, NY. Donations are encouraged to be made to her children
