Obituary of Ruth L. Rowe Ruth L. Rowe, 98, of Fulton passed away peacefully May 24, 2019 at Seneca Hill Manor. A Fulton native, Ruth was a hard worker who worked as a seamstress, hung wall paper and cleaned houses. In her free time, she liked butterflies and was a “home body”, who enjoyed reading, watching TV, crocheting and above all, spending time with her grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents and husband, Milton. Ruth will be greatly missed and forever loved by her daughters, Eileen Baldwin and Judith Boardway; grandchildren, Diane (James) Sokolowski, Brian Dolbear, Paul (Kathy) Cunningham, Karen Orr and Duane Dolbear; great-grandchildren, Ryan (Ashley) Bednarek and Kara (Josh) Collins; great great-granchildren, Cameron, Carson and Caleigh Bednarek; sister, Millie Swick and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours are Wednesday, May 29 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. with a service to immediately follow at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton. A graveside committal service will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 30 at Mt. Adnah Cemetery Fulton.
