Ruth E. Coe

Obituary of Ruth E. Coe Ruth Elane Coe, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 11, 2018 at St. Luke Health Services in Oswego surrounded by her family. She had worked for the Oswego County Department of Social Services Child Support Unit for 25 years. Ruth enjoyed reading, fishing, crocheting and spending time with her family. She touched the lives of everyone she met, and she will be missed by many. Surviving are her husband of 45 years, David Coe; her daughter, Brandi Coe Durval (Sam); son, Bernard “Bud” Coe (Brenda); and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by sons, Rick Coe and Nelson “Skeet” Coe. Per her wishes, there will be no services. Instead, her family will hold a celebration of her life at 410 Pratt Street in Fulton on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Anyone who would like to attend is welcome. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 441 West Kirkpatrick Street, Syracuse, NY 13204-1305. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton has care of the arrangements.
