Obituary of Rosewitha Cheesbro Rosewitha “Rose” Cheesbro, 61, of Fulton passed away on January 25, 2018. She was born November 8, 1956 in Baldwinsville, NY to the late Joseph A. and Liselotte Rheitsel Mills. Rose was an animal lover. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Ramona Mills, in 2010. She will be forever loved by her sons, Walter Cheesbro III, Justin Cheesbro and Leonard Cheesbro; sisters, Rose (DJ) Guppy, Diane (Martin) Allen, Michelle Mills and Audrey (Charles) Avery and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours are Tuesday, February 6 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton. Burial was private in Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton.
