Obituary of Roseann T. Prouty Roseann T. Prouty, 76, of Fulton, passed away on Monday, November 13, 2017 at home. She was born on October 31, 1941, in Fulton, a daughter to the late Frank and Josephine DeSantis Vescio. She is survived by three daughters, Laurie (Bill) Silverman of Pennsylvania, Pamela (Kevin) Moquin of Liverpool and Lisa (Stan) Corwin of Ohio; four grandchildren, Jacob, Jordan, Noah and Zachary; one sister, Sharon (Ed) Lindo of Missouri; one brother, Frank (Nancy) Vescio of Fulton as well as several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on a later date at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton. For those wishing, contributions may be made to your favorite charity is Roseann’s memory.
