Rose E. Guppy

Obituary of Rose E. Guppy Rose E. Guppy, 65, of Fulton passed away Wednesday at University Hospital. She was born in Germany to the late Joseph and Lottie Mills, while Joseph was serving in the U.S. Army. Rose was a very hard worker, owning and operating R & G Building Services, as well as holding many other janitorial positions. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Frederick Guppy, Jr. and sisters, Ramona Mills and Rosewitha Cheesbro. Rose is survived by her children, Dianna Guppy and Fred Guppy III; sisters, Michelle Mills, Diane Allen and Audrey Avery; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Calling hours are 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, December 3 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton. Burial in Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton.
