Ronald Paul Bartlett

Obituary of Ronald Paul Bartlett December 5, 2016 Ronald Paul Bartlett, 76, of Oswego, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, December 5, at Seneca Hill Manor. He was born December 10, 1939, in Fulton, a son to the late Elmer and Mary Carr Bartlett. Ronnie was a veteran of the U.S. Army. After several years of service he retired from Nestle Co. as a machine operator. He was a member of Southwest Oswego Baptist Church for many years and more recently a member of Bible Baptist Church in Scriba. Ronnie enjoyed singing and playing his guitar, fishing, camping and puttering in the barn. He was predeceased by three brothers, Fred, Richard and Nelson and one sister, Marge Calkins. He will be greatly missed and forever loved by his wife of 55 years, June; two daughters, Teresa (Fred) Rasmussen of Cato and Robin (Michael) Whiting of Hannibal; one son, Edward (Julie) Bartlett of Tulsa, Oklahoma; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Shirley Schumaker of Fulton; one brother, Elmer (Alice) Bartlett of Hannibal as well as several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, December 8 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 837 Cayuga Street, Hannibal. A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Fairdale Rural Cemetery, Co. Rte. 3, Hannibal.
