Obituary of Robert J. Kempston Robert J. Kempston, 74, of Fulton, passed away suddenly at his home on Saturday, July 15. A native of Fulton, he was a son of the late Robert S. and Geneva Lavere Kempston. Bob had worked in construction for many years in Florida. He was predeceased by his wife, Phyllis and by two brothers, Richard and Louis Kempston. Surviving are his siblings, Marcia Kempston, of Fulton, George (Dee) Kempston of Fulton, Mary (John) LeGrand of Daytona Beach, FL, Loretta (Bob) Vayner of Fulton, Walter (Tona) Kempston of Ft. Myers, FL, Ann (Mike) LaRock of Fulton and Teresa Kempston of Fulton; sisters-in-law, Gloria Kempston of Hannibal and Bette Kempston of Yuma, AZ and several nieces and nephews. According to Bob’s wishes there will be no calling hours or services. Memorial contributions are encouraged to be made to a favorite charity. Foster Funeral Home, Inc. in Fulton has care of the arrangements.
