Ricky A. Tuszynski, a cherished partner, father, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the age of 67. Born on May 2, 1958, in Erie, PA, Ricky was a beloved resident of Fulton, NY, where he spent many joyful years surrounded by family and friends.
Ricky is survived by his loving partner of 42 years, Janet M. Young, of Fulton, NY. He leaves behind a legacy of love through his children, Jessica (David) Braymiller, Samantha Tuszynski, Tabatha Tuszynski, Renee Tuszynski, David Eichenlaub, and Shelby Tuszynski; sisters, Joan Benninger and Janice, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss him dearly.
Ricky was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Vivian Proctor; his daughter, Regina Tuszynski, and his brother Bill Stinebiser.
A phenomenal cook and dedicated worker, Ricky was known for his culinary skills and his unwavering work ethic. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as fishing, camping, and embracing the beauty of nature. Ricky was also an avid artist, often spending his spare time drawing. Above all, he cherished moments spent with his children and family, creating memories that will be treasured forever.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Ricky's life during calling hours on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton, NY. A funeral service will immediately follow at 12 p.m., honoring the life and legacy of a man who touched so many hearts.
