Richard H. "Dick" Rice

Obituary of Richard H. Rice Richard H. Rice, 82, of Fulton, passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at St. Luke Health Services in Oswego. Born in Fulton, NY he lived there until the past year and a half. Richard retired from the City of Fulton and was a member of First United Methodist Church in Fulton where he served as treasurer for several years. He loved to hunt, fish, and be with his family at their camp in Redfield, NY. Surviving are his wife, Beverly Roberts Rice; two nieces, Diana Rice Easley and Laurine Rice Campbell; nephews, Robert and Daniel Rice; sister-in-law, Helen Rice and close friends, Marjorie McEwen (Jim Lindsley). He was predeceased by twin brothers, Raymon and Ralph Rice; brother, Robert Rice and his step-son, Tommy Roberts. Calling hours are 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. with services at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 27, 2017 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street in Fulton, NY. Burial will be at Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay, NY. In his memory, donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 1408 State Route 176, Fulton, NY 13069.
