Obituary of Richard D. Fox Richard D. Fox, 82, of Fulton, passed away on Wednesday, January 31 at St. Joseph’s Hospital. He was born on July 11, 1935, in Harrisburg, PA, a son to the late George and Florence Royce Fox. Richard was predeceased by his son, Richard Fox, Jr. and several siblings. He is survived by his loving wife, Donna; four sons, Thomas, James, Kenneth and Jeffrey Fox all of Pennsylvania; three sisters and several nieces, nephews and extended family. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 10 at Lamson Road Community Church, 2259 Lamson Road, Phoenix. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton, has care of the arrangements.
