Reginald H. "Reggie" Mayne

Obituary of Reginald H. Mayne October 21, 2016 Reginald H. “Reggie” Mayne, 78, of Palermo, passed away on Friday, October 21 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse after a brief illness. He retired in 1989 as Senior Vice President of Seneca Federal Savings & Loan Bank in Baldwinsville after many years of service. Reggie was a member of the Palermo United Methodist Church, North Syracuse Rotary Club and N.R.A. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed boating and raising Brittany Spaniels. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1956-1962. Reggie was predeceased by his parents, Dwight and Margaret Mayne and his brother, Frank Mayne. Surviving are his wife of 51 years, Arlene F. Mayne of Palermo; two step-children, Paul (Rachel) Goodfellow of Springfield, MO and Debbie (Tim) Keller of Palermo; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren; three nieces and nephews and a large extended family. Calling hours are 2 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, October 26 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street in Fulton with services to immediately follow at 5 p.m. Rev. Tammie Nipper will officiate. Graveside ceremonies will be held privately. The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the Palermo United Methodist Church, 11 County Route 35, Fulton, NY 13069.
