Obituary of Phoebe O'Bryan Ellis Phoebe O’Bryan Ellis, 83, of Fulton, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 2, 2022. She was born in 1938, in Sterling, a daughter to the late Uri and Hazel James O’Bryan. Phoebe was predeceased by her parents; four brothers, Clifford, Richard, Maynard and Donald O’Bryan; four sisters, Annebelle Seymour, Evelyn DiBello, Geraldine Ellis and Helen Alfano; two grandsons, Steven and Daniel Ellis and one great-granddaughter, Grace Manos. She will be greatly missed and forever loved by her six children, April (Phil) Vasho, Douglas (Linda) Ellis, Uri (Donna) Ellis, Joseph (Glenda) Ellis, Melissa (Fred) Wise and Renee (Corey) Olsen; 24 grandchildren as well as several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Her strong belief in God guided her through life. She was an active member for over 50 years at the First Church of the Nazarene in Fulton. A celebration of Phoebe’s life will be celebrated on Friday, April 1, 2022 at 1 p.m. at the First Church of Nazarene, 914 Utica Street, Fulton. Burial will be in Fairdale Rural Cemetery, Hannibal, at a later date. Donations can be made in loving memory to First Church of the Nazarene Children’s Ministries, 914 Utica Street, Fulton, NY 13069.
