Obituary of Phillip E. Beebe Phillip E. Beebe, 80, of Fulton, passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at home. He was born in 1940, in Palermo, a son to the late Bernard and Arlene Gleason Beebe. Phil was predeceased by his sister, Bernadine Knapp and brother, Carl Beebe. He will be greatly missed and forever loved by his wife of 52 years, Betty Beebe; five children, Brenda (Gary) Olson of Illinois, Phillip Beebe of Fulton, Karen Beebe of Sandy Creek, Cindy (Robert) McNitt of Mansville and Elaine Neidl of Fulton; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three siblings, Shirley Whaley, Michael Beebe and Richard Beebe all of Fulton as well as several nieces and nephews. As Phil’s wishes there will be no calling hours or service. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton, has care of arrangements.
