Penny Sue Hill (Huller), 65, of Hannibal, NY passed away on November 14, 2025

It is with profound sadness that the family of Penny Hill announces her passing at the age of 65 on November 14, 2025. Born in Orange, CA, on March 9, 1960, to Bernerd Huller and Chara Dann, she was the devoted wife of Alan Hill for 21 years. Penny was a beloved wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, known for her big heart, sarcasm, and funny t-shirts.

Penny will be remembered for her kindness; no matter what, she is the person you could turn to if you were in need - from picking you up a pizza to buying Christmas presents for her nieces and nephews, to helping you get your driver’s license - she did it all.

Penny was preceded in death by her father, Bernerd Huller, and her sister, Andrea Hill. She is survived by her loving nieces and nephews, her brothers and sisters, and anyone who called her “Mom”. She is also survived by her mother, Chara Huller (Dann), and Alan Hill, her husband of 21 years.

A funeral service will be held at Foster Funeral Home, 837 Cayuga Street Hannibal, NY 13074, on November 25, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Penny will be laid to rest at Hannibal Village Cemetery next to her father.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association in her memory. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
