Obituary of Paul James McGinley Paul James McGinley, 23, of Fulton, passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at home. He was born on December 18, 1993, in Oswego, a son to Lawrence and Martha Godfrey McGinley and resided in Fulton all of his life. Paul enjoyed baseball, football, lacrosse, playing with his dog, Roxie and playing video games with this brother. He is survived by his parents; one brother, James Paul McGinley as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Calling hours will be on Thursday, June 22 from 11 to 1 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. A funeral service will immediately follow at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Volney.
