Obituary of Patrick M. Denery Patrick M. “Pat” Denery, 54, of Palermo passed away at home after a long illness, surrounded by his loving family. Born September 15, 1963 in Fulton to Wilfred and Gail McGinley Denery, he was a lifelong resident of Palermo. He graduated from Phoenix High School, enlisted in the Army serving four years, then served in the Army National Guard and was employed with DiSalvo Farms. Pat was a lifetime member of the Palermo Fire Department. In his free time, Pat enjoyed playing his guitar, building model cars and was a huge fan of Snoopy. He was predeceased by his father, Wilfred “Bill” Denery in 2009. Pat will be greatly missed by his wife Kandi; children, Shawn Denery, Brian Denery and Darragh Weber; seven grandchildren; step-children, Angela and Jenny Stevens; mother, Gail P. Denery; siblings, Ed (Ronda) Denery, Andy (Debbie) Denery and Jayne Denery. Calling hours are Sunday, February 25 from 2 to 5 p.m. with a service to immediately follow at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. Spring burial will be in Roosevelt Cemetery, Schroeppel.
