Patricia J. Wolven

Patricia Jean Wolven, of Hannibal, NY, beloved wife and mother, left our world after a long illness on November 25, 2025, with her family by her side. She was the daughter of Marjorie DuBois and Michael Santoro of Fulton, NY. She was a graduate of Fulton High School in 1960. Patricia was predeceased by her sister MaryEllen Santoro and her daughter Marybeth Wolven-Lewis.

She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Loyal E. Wolven, Jr.; her sister, Joy (Jim) Kempston; her daughter, Cheryl (Kevin Shurtleff); her son, Michael (Chrissy) Wolven; grandchildren, Christopher Murphy, Tricia Woods, Steven Woods, Eva Cooper, William Lewis, Caleb Wolven, Cole Shurtleff, and Kennedy Shurtleff; great-grandchildren, Christopher Murphy, Jr., Marybeth Woods, Carmella Woods, Ryder Shurtleff, and her loving nieces and nephews.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was the mom of all moms. Never to be forgotten.

Calling hours will be from 4-7 pm on Sunday, November 30th at Foster Funeral Home, 837 Cayuga Street, Hannibal. Funeral Service will be at 11 am on Monday, December 1st at the funeral home with burial immediately following at Fairdale Rural Cemetery. The family will be receiving guests at “The Roost” 127 Durbin Road, Hannibal, after the burial.
