Obituary of Patricia J. Hall Patricia Jean (Lindsley) Hall, 66, of Hannibal, passed away at home on March 6, 2019 after a brief illness. She was born on February 7, 1953, a daughter to the late Harry and Mildred Painter Lindsley. Pat was a graduate of Hannibal High School in 1971 and married her husband, Randall Franklyn Hall on October 14, 1972. Pat was a loving, kind woman who tirelessly volunteered and gave back to others. Her and her husband became volunteer firefighters for the Oswego Town Fire Department in 1984 and volunteered 14 years. While in the fire department, she obtained additional training to become a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and a Cause and Origin team member which allowed her to be involved in a program designed to help children who were suspected of potential arson. For 16 years, Pat was a bus driver for the Hannibal Central School district. She loved working for the school and looking after “her kids” on her bus route. She made a lasting impression for many of the children she drove to school as they still recognized her years later. Pat dedicated her life to caring for both her immediate and extended family. She was known to be quite a character and was able to find humor in almost any given situation. Pat also had a passion and God-given talent for creativity and artwork. She drew, sketched and painted several pieces that won awards in local art shows. She will be greatly missed by her loving husband, Randy; daughters, Melissa Jean Hall and Melanie Janeen (Lisa Tierney) Hall; siblings, William (Cheryl) Lindsley, Diane (Jim) Lindsley Mangicotti and Rickey (Bonnie) Lindsley; several cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Calling hours will be Friday, March 15 from 3-5 p.m. with a service to immediately follow at Foster Funeral Home, 837 Cayuga Street, Hannibal. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the St. Jude’s Children Hospital www.stjude.org/give.
