Obituary of Norma E. Burleigh Norma E. Burleigh, 90, of Fulton passed away peacefully Wednesday, June 19, 2019. A lifelong Fulton resident, she was born to the late G. Stanley and Elizabeth Ingamells Todd. Norma worked many years as a secretary for the Fulton City School District. In her free time, she enjoyed sewing, golfing, fishing, boating, especially playing cards, but above all she cherished her time spent with family. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Robert C. Burleigh; brother and sister-in-law, George and Irene Todd; sister and brother-in-law, Betty and William Bowers; sister, Marlene Corzett; grandson, Stephen Jackson and son-in-law, Frank J. Vescio. Norma is survived by her children, Debbie (Ken) Jackson, Nancy Vescio and Bob (Teresa) Burleigh; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends. Calling hours are Friday, June 28 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. with a service to immediately follow at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton. Burial will follow at Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton.
