Obituary of Norma J. Weldon Boyle Graveside services for Norma J. Boyle, formerly of Hannibal will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, June 24, 2017 at Cato Union Cemetery, Cato. Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association of CNY, 441 W. Kilpatrick St., Syracuse, NY 13204. Norma J. Weldon Boyle, formerly of Hannibal, NY died January 4th at the Christian Care Center at Village Manor in Bowling Green, KY. Born in Fulton, NY, Norma was a graduate of Cato-Meridian High School. She received her B.S. in Education from Fresno State. She taught elementary school in California, Tennessee, New York and Kentucky. Norma was a lady of many talents. She was a voracious reader and passionate gardener which lead to many culinary delights she created for her loving family. Norma was a talented seamstress and loved to knit. In her retirement years, she traveled with her husband, Tom whenever she could usually including visits to and with family members. Norma was predeceased by her parents, Ruth and David Weldon; son, Stephen; husband, Thomas; sisters, Joyce Creede, Phyllis Fellows, and Shirley Casper, and brother, Calvin Weldon. She will be greatly missed by her children, Jan (Ed) Schaperjahn, Jr., and Melanie Clark; her grandchildren, Jessica (Matthew) McGiff, Stephanie (Ryan) Stone, Thomas Schaperjahn, Laura Jean Clark, Jordan Clark, Brodie (June) Clark, Hannah Clark and Pamela Rodrigues; great-grandchildren, Jimi McGiff, Harper and Hadley Stone, and Carter and Neko White. She also leaves behind nieces, nephews, grandnieces and nephews and loving friends.
