Obituary of Myron Sherman Allen November 12, 2016 Myron Sherman Allen, 82, of Fulton, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, November 12 at Crouse Hospital. He was born on August 15, 1934, in Fulton, a son to the late Judd and Grace Sherman Allen. After 26 years of service, which included a combat tour in Vietnam, he retired from the U.S. Air Force subsequently worked as a mail handler at the U.S. Post Office until his retirement. Myron was very passionate about tractors and woodworking. He was predeceased by his three brothers, Charles, Judd and Worth. He will be greatly missed and forever loved by his wife of 56 years, Valerie; three children, Dwayne Allen of North Carolina, Tracy (James) Kocik of Baldwinsville and Kerry Allen of Alaska; six grandchildren; one brother, Frank Allen of Hannibal; one sister, Doris Bush of McGraw as well several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 4 to 6 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street Fulton.
