Obituary of MSG Frank W. Allen MSG Frank W. Allen, 88, of Hannibal, NY passed away at home on Saturday, March 16, 2019 with his family. He was the son of Judd and Grace Allen, deceased. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth A. “Betsy” Allen; his sister, Doris Bush (Dale) of Mcgraw, NY; his children, Brenda Richards (Gary) of Dover, DE, Frank A. Allen (Judith) of Ira, NY, Bonnie Prime and Pamela Cantine of Fulton, NY; step sons, James, Paul and Thomas Korthas; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife, Julia Allen and brothers, Judd, Charles, Myron and Worth Allen. After serving 20 years in the military, Frank worked for various tire companies and started his own business, Allen’s Small Engine for 35 years. He served on the Hannibal town planning board for a number of years. He belonged to many Masonic organizations and served as master for seven years. Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday, March 22, 2019 at Foster Funeral Home, 837 Cayuga Street, Hannibal. Immediately following calling hours there will be a Masonic and American Legion service at the funeral home. Spring burial with military honors will be held at Hannibal Village Cemetery.
