Obituary of Mr. John W. Evans, Sr. John W. Evans, Sr., 77, of Fulton, NY was set free Monday, June 3, 2019 at 1a.m. at Oswego Hospital. He was predeceased by his mother, Lois E. Mason in 2016; his step-father, Howard J. Mason, Sr. in 2006 and brother-in-law, Charles A. Lower of Burna, KY in 2018. He is survived by his son, John W. (Cindy) Evans, Jr. of DeBary, FL.; daughters, Danielle M. Evans of Hernando, FL and Shaunna L. (Ernest) Mears of Fulton, NY; a sister, Claudia J. Lower of Burna, KY; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. As were John’s wishes, there are no services. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton, has care of arrangements.
