Obituary of Mitchell Xavier Noel September 8, 2014 Mitchell X. Noel, 23 of Fulton passed away Monday at University Hospital in Syracuse after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Oswego, he had lived in Redfield and in the Fulton areas for many years. Mitch enjoyed drawing, tattooing, hunting, fishing and being a dad. He was predeceased by his grandfather, Harrison J. Noel, Sr., uncle, Harrison J. Noel, Jr., aunt, Debbie McDougall, grandmother, Barbara Hall and many other beloved family members. Mitch’s memory will be cherished forever by, his parents Tina Noel and Darin Ives; fiancée, Michaelann Woolworth; children; Lilliana and Dominic; sister, Alesha Marie; step-siblings, Zachary, Trevor, Valerie and Jesse; maternal grandmother, Lenna Otis; uncles, Norman D. (Charlie) Noel, Sr. and John (Karen) Noel; aunt, Susan Cook; several great-aunts, great-uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Calling hours will be 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. A celebration of his life will follow at the family residence.
