Michael Fowler

Michael Fowler, age 78, a longtime resident of the Hannibal area, born in Oswego, NY, passed away in his home and departed this earth for Heaven.

Michael lived a life dedicated to his family. He was a steady presence, known for his commitment to those he loved and the care he showed through his actions. His devotion to family was evident in the way he lived and the relationships he cherished.

Michael was predeceased by his wife, Donna; his brother, Jeff; and his sister, Gwen.

In recent years, Michael found comfort in Jesus Christ, drawing peace and strength from his faith.

He is survived by his sons, Tim (Rebecca) Fowler and Kevin (Jessica) Fowler; his stepchildren, Cheryl (Brent) Gage, Michael (Kristen) Eggerling, Joseph (Sarah) Eggerling, and Rob (Nichole) Eggerling; his sisters, Jean, Ann, Gail, and Pamela; his grandchildren, Cooper (Hannah), Makayla (Peter), and Kyle (Kylie); step-grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. He was dearly loved by his family and will be sorely missed by both family and friends.

Calling hours are 4:00-7:00pm, Thursday, February 5, 2026 at Foster Funeral Home, 837 Cayuga St., Hannibal, NY 13074. Spring burial will be in Fairdale Rural Cemetery, Hannibal.
