Obituary of Mary L. McGinley Mary L. McGinley, 82, of Palermo, passed away on Monday, March 12 at Seneca Hill Manor, Oswego surrounded by her family. Surviving are her husband of 63 years, Ronald McGinley, children, John (Libby) McGinley, Jean (Don) Hart and Mark (Kathleen) McGinley all of Palermo; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brothers, Richard, Carl and Donald Johnson and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours are from 3 to 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 15 at Foster Funeral Home, Inc., 910 Fay Street, Fulton, NY with services to immediately follow. Burial will be in the spring at Roosevelt Cemetery in Schroeppel, NY. In lieu of flowers, contributions are encouraged to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
