Martha E. (Doyle) Sage

Martha E. (Doyle) Sage, of Hannibal, passed away on October 13, 2026, at the age of 78. She was born in Syracuse, NY, on May 21, 1948.

Martha worked at AT&T for 20 years before moving back to her family home in Hannibal, NY. She was an excellent cook and baker and enjoyed quilting and knitting.

Martha is survived by her husband, Robert Q. Sage of Hannibal; her children, Robert A. Sage of Ohio, Kelly (Michael) Sawyer of Tennessee, Kimberly (Troy) Berdine of Ohio, and Ronnie (Aleatha) Sage and; her siblings, Rita Flint of Hannibal, Maureen (Steve) Doyle of Ohio, and Marjorie (Steven) Kinville of Fulton; along with several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was predeceased by her parents, William and Eleanor (Sunheimer) Doyle; her brothers, Michael and William; and her sister, Eleanor (Elly) Rea.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the spring. Foster Funeral Home has care of arrangements.
