Lyle E. Lane, Jr.

Obituary of Lyle E. Lane, Jr. Lyle E. Lane, Jr. 77, of Fulton, passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2019. Born in Geneva, a son to the late Lyle, Sr. and Martha Magargle Lane. He was a life resident of the Central New York area. Lyle retired in 2003 from Industrial Precision Inc. in Oswego after a long career as a machinist. He had served in the Army National Guard in Geneva from 1960 to 1966. Lyle enjoyed fishing and building computers. He will always be remembered for his sense of humor. Lyle is predeceased by his wife of 44 years, Elizabeth J. McKinstry Lane. Surviving are his children, Brian (Chris) Lane, Jeffrey (Frances) Lane, Tammy (Derek) Hardy, Michael Lane, Scott (Mark DeVaul) Lane, Brandon (Kelly) Lane, Linda (John Middleton) Lane, Susan (Edward Arndt) Lane; twin sister, Linda (David) Sharp; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Calling hours are 4 to 6 p.m. with a 6 p.m service to immediately follow on Thursday, May 30 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. Graveside Services will be at 10 a.m on Friday, May 31 at Maple Grove Cemetery, Waterloo.
