Obituary of Lucinda F. Wilcox February 9, 2017 Lucinda F. “Cindy” Wilcox, 68, of Hannibal passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. She was a dedicated LPN at Oswego Hospital for 25 years. Cindy loved fishing, camping throughout her life at Rollins Pond in the Adirondacks, and spending time with her family. She was predeceased by her husband, William Wilcox in 2002. Cindy will be greatly missed by her children, Bill (Cherri Davis) Wilcox, Brian Wilcox and Lynnet (Joseph) Lamb; grandchildren, Rachel, Mitchel and Norah Wilcox, Jennah and Emmah Lamb; great-grandson, Kason Rosekrans; brother, Neil (Darlene) Nalle and best friend, Lynn Carswell. Calling hours are Tuesday, February 14 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
