Laurence "Larry" Edward Reich

May 1, 1959 — Sep 16, 2026

Fulton

Laurence “Larry” Edward Reich, a longtime resident of Fulton, New York, passed away on September 16, 2026. He was the son of Doris and Edward Reich and graduated from G. Ray Bodley High School in 1977. He went on to graduate from the State University of New York, Agricultural and Technical College, in 1978.

Larry had a deep love for adventure and the water. He enjoyed spending time in Key West, watching boat races, and visiting the Mel Fisher Maritime Museum. He spent many hours scuba diving and also enjoyed barefoot waterskiing.

Larry retired from Huhtamaki. In retirement, he enjoyed the simple things that brought him happiness, including doing crossword puzzles and playing Zelda with his beloved granddaughter, Camilla. He especially treasured the time he spent with Cami and his close friends.

Larry was also an author. In 1994, he published The Bay of Dead Ships, a book he dedicated to his family in appreciation of the many hours they spent helping him with proofreading and typing.

Larry is survived by his daughter, Lacey Reich; his granddaughter, Camilla Crisafulli; and his sisters, Lise Dodds, Susan Reich, and Nancy Reich. He was preceded in death by his parents, Doris and Edward Reich.

He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those who had the privilege of knowing and loving him. Foster Funeral Home has care of arrangements.
