Obituary of Kay A. Coe Kay A. Coe, 81, of Volney, passed away at home on Sunday, October 22. She is survived by her husband, Edward Coe; children, Darrell Coe, Prudence Gauger, Vance Coe and Blane Coe; sister, Ellen Hawley; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. There are no calling hours or services. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton has care of arrangements.
