Obituary of Kathryn E. France Kathryn E. France, 76, of Fulton, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2019 at Oswego Hospital. She was born in 1942, in Oswego, a daughter to the late Claude and Marie Tyrell Flint. Kathy enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles but above all she enjoyed being with her family and grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brother, Jack and Claude “Butch” Flint. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Leon France, Sr.; five children, Debbie Pulsifer of Hannibal, Leon (Toni) France of Brownville, Todd (Mindy) France of Fulton, Carl (Stacie) France of Hannibal and Connie (Roy) Walts of Hannibal; 10 grandchildren, Casey, Dustin, Mandy, Rich, Nicole, Sheena, Collin, Austin, Ethan and Briane; 15 great-grandchildren; four siblings, Shirley Forsythe, Jim Flint, Joanne Flint and Bonnie Harris as well as several nieces and nephews. Calling hours are 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton. A memorial service will immediately follow at 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Volney.
