Kathryn L. "Kathy" Connor

Obituary of Kathryn L. Connor Kathryn L. “Kathy” Connor, 73, of Fulton passed away May 17, 2019 at home. A Fulton native, she was a LA Dodgers and Syracuse sports fan, a cat lover and enjoyed spending time with her son, while on visits to Virginia. Kathy, in death will rejoin her parents, Justin and Jane (Greene) Baldwin and her beloved son, Todd Lincoln. Kathy will be forever loved by her son, Colonel Timothy Lincoln and his wife, Pamela; her grandchildren, Mary, Todd and Nora; siblings, Janet Phillips, Gary Baldwin and Gail Price. A private celebration of Kathy’s life will be held at a later date. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton, has care of arrangements.
